We greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Below is our protocol for attending in-house worship.

Please call Ms. Jackie Morgan @ (718) 739-5870 to register to attend services at Macedonia AME Church for Sunday worship.

If you are unable to come to the church for any reason, please inform Ms. Jackie Morgan @ (718) 739-5870, so we can inform others that they can attend in your place. In order to expedite the check-in process the COVID-19 Active Screening Questionnaire form must be completed by each person in your family/party at this link...

at any time between 9AM Thursday and 12PM Friday afternoon. One evaluation form must be completed for each member of your family/party. 

A Few Reminders: 

If you attend in person worship service and subsequently test positive for the COVID-19 Virus, please inform Rev. Dr. Ellen immediately ecmceachern@gmail.com so that contact tracing measures can be put into place. Your personal information will remain confidential. 

  • If you feel ill, PLEASE STAY HOME 

  • To enter the Sanctuary, you must enter from the Ramp.  

  • You will be required to wear your face mask during worship service. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.  

  • You will be required to have your temperature taken in the Foyer before entering the sanctuary.  

  • Hand sanitizers will be available in the Foyer for your use entering and leaving the sanctuary.  

  • The bathroom on the sanctuary level will be available for your use. Should there be a need, bathrooms on the lower level will be available.  

  • We ask that you continue to practice social distancing of 6 feet apart throughout the sanctuary (with the exception of same family households).  

  • Same family households will be able to sit together.   

  • The use of bulletins, hymnals, & other handheld items will not be utilized. Should you bring your personal Bible, iPhone, iPad or other electronic device it should not be shared with others outside of your immediate household.   

  • Offerings will be accepted at the end of service. Baskets at the rear of the sanctuary will be provided for you.  

  • Physical greetings such as hugs, holding hands and other physical contact will not be permitted.  

  • The QR Code will be posted in the Foyer and in the sanctuary for you to download announcements, offerings and/or bulletins.

  • (Please be encouraged to continue giving on-line).  

 

We realize this is a “New Normal” to our in-person Worship Service. We are committed to making your Worship Experience one that is safe and spirit filled.
